Unfortunately we do not offer bulk billing services.
You do not need a doctor's referral to see a psychologist. Anyone can get in contact to make an appointment. However, in order to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care plan from a Doctor. If you are covered under Workers Compensation or CTP, you may require prior approval from your insurer before commencing treatment.
Telehealth services are available for all treatments.
If you are a GP, Insurer or Rehabilitation Provider you are able to make a referral on behalf of your client. Please complete the information in the Contacts section and ensure your client is aware of the referral. Your client will receive an e-mail and SMS advising a referral has been received and request they make contact directly to book an appointment. The appointment can be made via our online booking system or by calling our office.
